A little more about me. I grew up in Hong Kong and moved to the US when I was 16. After graduating with bachelors in communication, I went on to get and MBA and a culinary degree. I’ve been in the food industry for years, and have catered in places as far away as Denver, CO. I also have experience opening small restaurants in the LA area, most of which coming from a gourmet dessert and frozen yogurt store, blanc Beverly Hills.
